Forrest Tucker (F Troop), OSCAR nominee J. Carrol naish (Sahara), and Myron Healey (Wyatt Earp) star as outlaw brothers Frank, Simeon, and John Reno, the first train robbers in American history. Although their older brother, Clint (Denver Pyle), is a respected farmer, the others are in cahoots with the corrupt Judge Hawkins (Edgar Buchanan) to control the entire town of Seymour, Indiana, in 1866. While romancing their sister, Laura (Mala Powers), James Barlow (Randolph Scott) goes undercover to nab the Renos, but the citizens of Seymour become a vengeful lynch mob once they're captured.
